Community Of the People Victim Support is an NGO working in South Africa with the following aims and objective.
The organization was developed as part of broader strategy of prevention of violence
and crime against Women and Children, Men, the Elderly and people with Disabilities.
The objectives are:
To provide integrated, holistic and multi-disciplinary services to victims of crime, with
a focus on victims of Domestic and Sexual Violence
To promote Self – reliance and independence by supporting victims towards complete healing both physical and mental and by providing them with skills for income generating programmes
To ensure that the Right's of Victims are respected and protected within internal
(NGOs) and external (Government and Community) Services.
