Master Neeraj Kumar aged 13 years, a resident of District Kangra, has been reported to the society during one of our sentitization programme in a school in Kangra. He is suffering from Burkitts Lymphoma (Cancer of spine) and is being treated in PGI Chandigarh w.e.f. December 2013. The boy has already undergone one major operation followed by series of Chemotherapy sittings with the help provided by our society but need costly medicines to sustain.
His father is a driver and has a large family of five members to support. It is therefore impossible for him to manage this much amount. The family is forced to spent some times as high as Rs. 7,000/- to 10,000/- Per Day on Medicines alone.
