Maintain good healthy, professional working relationship with the Program Manager and work under his authority.
Convey Clinic issues/challenges/requirements to the Program Manager
Engage in fruitful planning with the Program Manager for the overall progress of the Project.
Accompany the Program Manager whenever necessary in meetings with Doctors, Health Dept. and Awareness Campaign/Resource Mobilization activities.
Together discuss financial matters and plan purchases/other requirements for Clinic.
Sign along with the Program Manager, on the monthly expenditure format before dispatch to National Office.
Develop resource mobilization strategy in consultation with the State Program Manager.
Identify funding opportunities and prepare proposals & necessary program documents
Cultivate potential supporters and create list of donors.
Develop and achieve local fund raising targets
Organize fund raising activities and events.
Nurture old relationships and constantly expanding the current network of donors through regular communication and meetings.
Work closely with the program & accounts team to address funding requirements & funding utilization processes.
Ensuring documentation of all procedures, donor details, reports etc.
Develop and maintain good working relationship with the respective state governments.
Graduate in any discipline.
Establishing a relationship of trust and respect with parents.
Helping parents towards a deeper understanding of their concerns.
Make the parent understand and convince that the clubfoot can be treated.
Proven skills in information, communication, networking, advocacy and ability to work in mass media.
Proven ability to effectively manage relationships with private sector.
Computer skills including internet and various office applications.
Fluent in English and Hindi/Local Language.
