Job Title: “Business Correspondents/Business Facilitators” course domain facilitator cum Soft Skill Trainer

Job Location: Farakka, Murshidabad, West Bengal.

Job Summary: As a “Business Correspondents/Business Facilitators” course facilitator, you should have a prior role to take classes in this course. Also, there are four other courses and you need to take soft skill classes for these courses. Your primary responsibilities include providing support, guidance, mentoring, and training to individuals.

*Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field/ Preferred- B.com /M.com. Minimum 1 year experience in Banking/minimum 1 year experience in Teaching.

*Key Responsibilities Areas:*

Support for Trainees:

• Classes of Business Correspondents/Business Facilitators course (as per the location’s yearly target)

• Supervise students who are not adhering to a regular schedule.

• Conduct assessments of students to identify those in need of particular assistance.

• Assist staff in developing and implementing individual education, behavior, support, and mentoring plans for specific target groups of students.

• Build productive relationships with students, serving as a role model.

• Challenge and motivate students, promoting and reinforcing self-esteem.

• Offer feedback to students regarding their progress, achievement, behavior, and attendance.

• Motivate trainees for wage placement

• Prepare trainees for the placement interview

Support for Trainers:

• Manage record-keeping systems and processes.

• Monitor and evaluate students' responses and progress against action plans through observation and planned recording

• Assist students in accessing learning resources and strategies. Collaborate with other staff to plan, evaluate, and adjust learning activities as needed.

Support for the curriculum (LMS):

• Deliver and implement agreed learning activities and teaching programs, adapting activities based on pupil responses and needs.

• Collect and relay feedback received from students on technical issues and any errors encountered during the learning programs.

• Establish constructive relationships and communicate with other agencies and professionals, in coordination with the Head of Inclusion, to support students' achievement and progress.

• Participate in training and other learning activities as required.
