Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an annual communications plan across various media, ensuring quality and consistency.
Lead brand management, defining and strengthening our brand identity through strategic campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with media houses; manage media engagements and press interactions.
Curate content and media products, including press releases, talking points, and audiovisual materials.
Support resource mobilization through customized messaging for donors and stakeholders.
Oversee crisis communication strategies and manage reactive media responses.
Manage a team of designers, writers, and social media managers; set performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
10+ years of experience in communication, with a proven track record in multi-channel campaigns.
Strong leadership, media relations, and brand management skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and data analytics.
