Application is invited for the post of Program/Project Co-ordinator for OUTREACH Association of Volunteers for Rural Development, Bangalore. Candidates can apply by sending their CV to outreach@outreachindia.org.

Salary will be on performance based and will be finalized by mutual negotiation. Other terms and conditions of the services will also be decided after discussion.

Job profile would be:

• Monitoring and documentation of ongoing projects

• Develop outreach as a training resource organisaion, identifying areas of specialization and resource personnel and networking with other organisations for this purpose.

• Build linkages and networking with different clients, Governments departments,donors, NGOs and be able to get training and consultancy assignments

• Good computer skills to develop training modules, power point presentation, good communication

• Relatively young, energetic and outgoing person

Skills required :

• Community mobilization and Program implementation

• Program Monitoring

• Liasoning with Donor Agencies.

• Documentation in English

• Computer skills

• Written and verbal communication skill in English and Kannada

• Willing to travel, if need be, station at Centres located in rural Karnataka
