Location: Greater Chennai (Avadi & Poonamalle) Tiruvallur and Krishnagiri Districts, Tamil Nadu.

About the Role:
The Program Officer and Program Manager will play a critical role in the on-ground implementation of the ABDM Microsite initiatives. This position involves direct engagement with healthcare facilities and professionals to facilitate their onboarding, provide technical support, and ensure active usage of digital health solutions as part of the ABDM ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Onboarding and Training:
Assist facilities and healthcare professionals in the registration process for the Health Facility Registry (HFR) and Healthcare Professionals Registry (HPR).
• Awareness and Advocacy:
Create and distribute informational materials to raise awareness about the benefits and functionalities of ABDM.
• Technical Support:
Provide hands-on support during the deployment of digital health solutions within healthcare facilities.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions and planning.
Liaise with local health authorities and community organizations to support broader health initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, Social Work, or a related field for Program Officer.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field for Program Manager.
• Experience:
Experience in conducting training sessions and providing technical support is an advantage.
• Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of healthcare systems and digital health technologies.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Passionate about improving healthcare services and accessibility.
Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
