Gramin Evam Nagar Vikas Parishad (GENVP) is a Civil Society Organisation working in Bihar State. The organization is one of the leading organizations has been working for the empowerment of deprived communities for almost four decades.

GENVP is looking for qualified and competent person for the post of Program Manager, who have natural flair to integrate with our core values & collaborate & customize with the community needs.

Position: Program Manager

Salary/Remuneration: Minimum Rs. 25000/ per Month or Depend on the competencies/ experience

Educational Qualification & experience: 

• S/he should be MSW/RD/Post graduate in Social Sciences.

• S/he will expert in computer proficiency and capacity of documentation in English & Hindi. 

• S/he should have at least 3-4 years experiences in managing the project in social sector  

• S/he will co-ordinate the delivery and long-term sustainability of this project on behalf of GENVP. 

• S/he will establish strong relationships with our donor, key stakeholders, Project Team

• S/he will be responsible for technical management of project as well as processes for reviewing and reporting. 

• S/he will be responsible and accountable to GENVP’s Project Monitoring Committee and shall report to the head Office of the Organization.
