About Us

Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives (CInI), a nodal agency of Tata Trusts, is dedicated to improving food and livelihood security for tribal communities across Central India's tribal belt. Our key focus areas include food security, water resource development, microfinance, and strengthening community-based institutions. Through our flagship Lakhpati Kisan Program, we aim to increase tribal household incomes to over ?1 lakh annually by enhancing agricultural and animal husbandry productivity, while also ensuring access to essential services like WASH, healthcare, and education to improve overall quality of life at the household level.

Position Overview:

We seek an Institution Building Anchor to strengthen community-based organizations (CBOs) and drive institution-building efforts in the tribal districts of Dahod and Panchmahal. This role is critical to achieving sustainable livelihoods for tribal households by supporting institution-building, ensuring effective program implementation, and fostering community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Build alliances with government bodies, financial institutions, NGOs, and other partners.

• Institution Strengthening: Work closely with SHGs, LIs, CBOs, and federations to enhance leadership, governance, and resource mobilization capacities.

• Program Implementation: Ensure full coverage of target households in the program through saturation of community institutions and livelihood initiatives in agriculture, animal husbandry, and entrepreneurship.

• Government Linkages: Facilitate access to government schemes and credit-based interventions for financial inclusion.

• Monitoring & Reporting: Lead data-driven program monitoring and reporting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and donor requirements.

Qualifications:

• A postgraduate degree with 5-6 years of experience in institution building, livelihood development and community development programs in a reputed organization respectively.

• The candidate must have strong stakeholder management skills with expertise in CBO strengthening, governance, and financial inclusion initiatives.

• Proficiency in using MS Office and Management Information Systems (MIS).

• Excellent communication, report preparation, and analytical skills.
