Job Description

Job Summary: A Nursing Tutor provides academic support, instruction, and mentorship to nursing students, helping them develop clinical and theoretical knowledge. The tutor designs lesson plans, conducts tutorials, assesses student progress, and fosters an engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver theoretical and practical instruction to nursing students.

Assist in preparing students for exams and practical assessments.

Create, review, and update curriculum materials.

Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions.

Monitor and evaluate student progress, offering feedback and guidance.

Stay updated on nursing practices, guidelines, and educational methods.

Collaborate with faculty on student performance and curriculum development.

Support students in clinical skill labs and simulations.

Qualifications:

ANM/GNM/B.Sc./M.Sc. in Nursing.

Registered Nurse (RN) with valid license.

Teaching experience preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.

Skills:

Proficient in clinical procedures and nursing best practices.

Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Patience and adaptability to meet diverse learning needs.

Knowledge of curriculum development and student assessment methods.

Work Environment:

Educational institutions, nursing schools, or healthcare training centers.

May involve hands-on clinical training and academic classroom settings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Rs 12,000.00 - Rs 20,000.00 per month
