Project Details

The child sex ratio is a serious concern in Muzaffarpur, where the declining number of girls has raised alarm and highlighted the need for urgent intervention to save girls. In response, JJS has launched an initiative aimed at creating awareness among the community and youth about the critical issue of preventing female gendercide. This program focuses on addressing the underlying causes and promoting gender equality, working actively to ensure that the value of girls is recognized and that harmful practices are curtailed.

Job Description

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required.

Content Delivery: Ability to deliver content effectively to different audiences.

Technical Proficiency: Should be fluent in using MS Office, particularly MS Word and Excel.

Probation Period: The selected candidate will initially be on probation for 3 months, after which full employment will be considered.

Field Work: The job involves extensive fieldwork.

Vehicle Requirement: The candidate must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.

Location: The candidate must be located at the project site in Muzaffarpur.

Compensation: During the probation period, an honorarium of Rs 13,000 will be provided, along with a travel allowance of Rs 2,000.
