Job Description

We are seeking graduates having experience in team building and community mobilization (youth, women, farmers) and belongs to the rural areas.

Specific Locations: Nandurbar, Dhule, Jalgaon, Gadchiroli, Bhandara, Gondia, Chandrapur, Asifabad, Mohalla Manpur

Key Responsibilities

• Should have ability to manage the team of 6 to 10 people.

• Facilitate the team for ensuring community awareness by using community mobilization tools like posters, banners, pamphlets,motivational videos etc.

• Facilitate the team to build the rapport with key village leaders like sarpanch, teachers, caste leaders, ASHA/Anganwadi workers etc

• Motivate the team to mobilize community (youth, women, farmers) for building their skills in a way that they either get some job placement or engage in self-employment to enhance their livelihood.

• Train the team to organize the training sessions on different topics as per the need of community specially on agriculture, dairy, poultry, goatry, mason, carpenter, house painter, plumber etc.

• Facilitate the team to provide training certificates to community members and ensure their livelihood connect

Qualification, experience and other requirements

• Graduate

• More than two years of experience in rural development

• B. Sc (Ag) and BSW will be given preference

• Should have their own bike and android mobile

• Good communication skills.

• Willingness to work in the field.

• A proactive mindset.
