Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans

- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including setting goals, objectives, and priorities

- Coordinate and facilitate communication among stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members

- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards

- Monitor and report project progress, performance, and issues to stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Development field, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Health/ Livelihood and health skills training management is a must.

- Proven track record of successfully managing projects, leading teams, and ensuring timely and within-budget delivery

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Proficient in project management tools.
