Job Title: Community Mobilizer – Samarth Skill Program

Location: Kalyan, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Organization: Raah Foundation

Responsibilities:

1. Engage with communities to promote the Samarth Skill Program.

2. Identify and enroll youth (18-25), especially school dropouts/unemployed, for Business Associate course.

3. Conduct awareness campaigns, workshops, and meetings.

4. Maintain participant records and assist with barriers to course completion.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field.

2. Experience in community mobilization or skill development programs.

3. Strong communication and organizational skills.

4. Proficiency in local languages.
