Child Friendly Facilitator (Job Description)

Develop and implement strategies to improve the learning outcomes of children in the Anganwadi Center.

Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports outlining project achievements, challenges, and outcomes.

Provide feedback to the Assistant Manager on necessary adjustments to project implementation to ensure alignment with project goals.

Prepare case studies, testimonials, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Ensure the project calendar provided by the Assistant Manager is adhered to at the grassroots level.

Actively participate in the planning and execution of Training of Trainers (TOT) sessions.

Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of children at the Anganwadi Center.

Prepare and present monthly presentations on upcoming plans and worksheets.

Organize and conduct awareness sessions for parents of Anganwadi Center children.

Plan and facilitate meetings of the Anganwadi Management Committee.

Design and deliver life skills sessions for children at the Anganwadi Center.

Ensure completion of all planned TOT sessions with the Anganwadi Center staff.

Maintain accurate data related to Anganwadi Center refurbishments.

Demonstrate an understanding of child psychology and development principles.

Utilize Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides for effective document management and collaboration.

Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Women’s Studies, or a related field.

In-depth understanding of child psychology and development principles.

Proven experience of minimum 1-2 years in the social sector or a similar role.

Proficient in using Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides for effective document management and collaboration.

Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.

Female candidates will be preferred.
