Job Title: Program Officer

Location: Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: 40,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Officer with a strong background in environmental studies or a related environmental field. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure the effective delivery of projects and contribute to the organization’s social impact goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Documentation, report writing, case studies and updates

2. Coordinating with the field staff

3. Technical support in creating educational material based on relevant issues

4. Manage social media campaign

5. Assist in trainings, workshops and other similar activities

6. Data management and managing MIS

7. Assist in program implementation

Qualifications:

• Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Social Work, Development, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• Experience:

o At least 3-5 years of experience working in program management, or related roles.

• Skills:

o Strong project management skills, including budgeting, planning, and evaluation.

o Social media skills

o Proficient in research methods and data analysis tools.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write reports, proposals, and deliver presentations.

o Strong interpersonal skills with experience in building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders.
