About Greensole Foundation:

Greensole Foundation is committed to environmental sustainability and social impact by refurbishing discarded footwear and providing them to those in need. Our collection and donation drives are crucial in gathering used footwear and redistributing them to underserved communities.

Job Overview:

The Field Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing footwear collection and donation drives across designated regions. The role involves coordinating with volunteers, institutions, corporate partners, and local communities to ensure smooth logistics and maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Collection Drive Management:

• Identify and collaborate with schools, colleges, corporates, and housing societies for used footwear and apparels collection.

• Organize awareness campaigns and engagement activities to increase participation.

• Ensure timely pickup, storage, and transportation of collected footwear.

• Donation Drive Execution:

• Plan and execute donation drives in rural and underprivileged communities with the Senior Field Manager.

• Partner with NGOs, local authorities, and social workers to identify beneficiaries.

• Oversee the proper distribution of refurbished footwear and maintain impact records.

Operations & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate data on collections, distributions, and impact metrics.

• Provide regular reports to management on drive progress and challenges.

• Ensure all activities align with organizational policies and sustainability goals.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in community engagement, field operations, or CSR initiatives.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to manage logistics, coordinate volunteers, and execute large-scale initiatives.

• Passion for environmental sustainability and social impact.

• Willingness to travel extensively for field activities.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in NGOs, CSR, or social impact projects.

Basic knowledge of data management and reporting.

Fluency in local languages is an added advantage.

Salary : 25,000/-
