This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Business requirement gathering: Develop tools and strategies to understand and gather business requirements for creating / enhancing digital solutions in the ESIC eco-system

• Software Change Management: Lead & manage the piloting & deployment of digital health solutions at various healthcare facilities. Ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to existing services during software changes.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with ESIC and ESIS departments, and other stakeholders to align project goals with ESIC’s health initiatives. Foster strong relationships to drive project success.

• Public Health & Digital Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on digital health interventions and public health programs. Ensure the integration of digital solutions aligns with public health objectives.

• Training & Capacity Building: Organize and oversee training sessions for healthcare staff on the new digital tools and processes. Ensure that all users are equipped to effectively utilize the implemented solutions.

• Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables. Monitor project health, track progress, and report to senior management and stakeholders regularly.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to project delivery and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Manage any issues that arise during the deployment of digital solutions.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered with high quality, adhering to technical standards and within scope. Oversee testing and validation processes to guarantee the reliability of implemented solutions.

Desirable Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Public Health, or related fields

• 6-8 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in the public health domain.

• Past experience of working as a Business Systems Analyst

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

• Strong knowledge of public health systems and digital interventions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under uncertainty

Optional Skills:

• PMP/CSM certification

• Experience in change management within the healthcare sector

Travel: Open for Travel (Travel within location: 100% & Travel to outside of location: 20%)
