Key Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will oversee the overall program implementation in close coordination with SACS (State AIDS Control Society) and the implementing agency. Key responsibilities include:

• Liaison & Coordination: Maintain strong communication with government departments at the district level, SACS, and DISHA.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build partnerships with stakeholders, including corporate entities under CSR initiatives, to enhance program support at the district level for community benefit.

• Monitoring & Reporting: Conduct data analysis, generate monthly reports, and share updates with SACS for review.

• Team Supervision & Capacity Building: Review the performance of TI (Targeted Intervention) staff, develop need-based action plans, and ensure effective follow-up on action points.

• Field & Evaluation Visits: Facilitate visits from SACS and DISHA, and ensure regular monitoring of program activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences or a related discipline with at least one year of experience in district-level programs related to health, livelihood, rural development, microfinance, or HIV/AIDS programs.

• OR a graduate degree in Social Sciences with a minimum of three years of experience in the above fields.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Must own a two-wheeler for field visits (minimum 10 days per month).

Key Competencies:

• Knowledge of government health policies and programs.

• Strong communication, networking, and advocacy skills with government and non-government agencies.

• Ability to work effectively in small teams with a flexible approach.

• Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, and case study documentation.

• Leadership and program management skills to oversee, guide, and support the team.

Salary : 21000/- PM and 1400/-(as TA ) or as per NACO norms
