Designation: Senior Program Leader (equivalent to AM) – Gandhi Fellowship

Location: Remote (preferred location – Assam)

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Design GF initiatives/processes

• Anchor documentation processes

• Lead assessment design & execution

Desirable Qualification & Experience :

• Post Graduate in social sciences/management

• Preferred work experience – min 3 years & worked on designing programs for at least 2 years

• Demonstrated decent TAT

• Can keep up with the dynamic work culture at PF

• Comfortable working with ambiguity

• Has led independent projects on design thinking/OD

Essential Skills:

• Articulate

• Language preferences – English, Hindi

• Design & Facilitation

• Research

• Can leverage data to design solutions

• Can mentor young people - Optional

Travel: Open for Travel (30% – 40%)
