About SIP+:

South India Positive Network (SIP+) is a non-profit organization working to support people living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIV) in South India. SIP+ aims to improve the quality of life of PLHIV and key populations through advocacy, support, and services.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, and Finance Officer (MEFO) to join our team in Chennai. The MEFO will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating program activities, managing financial transactions, and providing feedback to program staff.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation plans, tools, and frameworks.

2. Collect and analyze data from various sources, including program reports, surveys, and feedback forms.

3. Provide feedback to program staff on their performance and identify areas for improvement.

4. Manage financial transactions, including expenses, invoices, and payments.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.

Requirements:

1. UG degree in a relevant field, such as public health, finance, or business administration.

2. freshers can apply for monitoring and evaluation, finance, or program management.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills EXEL & Tally is an a added advantage.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.

5. Basic in English and Tamil.

Salary 12000 and Travel 1200 Per Month
