Bahujan Foundation works for Constitutional Rights of SC and ST in Bihar State. We are seeking a motivated and passionate Community Mobilizer, CBO Organizer and Trainer as Community Mobilization Expert (Campaign Associate) for Community Mobilization through Samvidhan Paricharcha and Institution Building & strengthening (CBO) among deprived section of the society in West Champaran District .

The successful candidate will have responsibility of formation and strengthening CBO at Village Level with support of community organizers at gram panchayat level.

Community Mobilization Expert will be responsible for conducting training for CBOs and will have to work in 05 Gram panchayats of particular block. He/she will have to support Campaign

Coordinator in different activities of community mobilization and Organizing yatras, meetings, community samvaad, training, reporting and documentation and ensure successful campaign execution . Selected applicant will have to stay at Block H. Q. level town.

Qualifications include an MSW or MA in Sociology, Rural Development Management, proficiency in Hindi (both written and spoken) with basic computer skills.

The position offers a monthly Remuneration of 20,000 plus TA /Bike Maintenance cost/Internet Exp /Accommodation facility at block level during probation period (3 - 4 Months )

Sure increment of Remuneration from 20 % up to 50 % after successful completion of Probation period .
