Skill Development Manager

Location: Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra

Experience Required: 5-6 years

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement skill development programs and initiatives.

· Direct and oversee the completion of skill development projects.

· Develop a plan of action, including schedules, resources, and work plans.

· Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs.

· Design, deliver, and evaluate training sessions and workshops.

· Assess risks and establish contingency plans.

· Manage work and inputs from a variety of stakeholders.

· Plan, monitor, and evaluate projects to ensure effectiveness.

· Create and submit reports to donors and management.

· Collaborate with various departments and external partners to enhance training programs.

· Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

· Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in skill development and training.

· Travel to various locations as required for training and project management purposes.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social field / MBA or a related field.

· 5-6 years of experience in skill development, training, or a related role.

· Should have Experience in handling Skill Development Training Projects related to NSDC/DDUGKY/CSR.

· Experience in DDUGKY mobilization and placement is preferred.

· Proven project management experience.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Willingness to travel as required.
