About Mukti Kishalaya Support School:
Mukti Kishalaya Support School is an initiative of MUKTI aimed at providing educational support to underprivileged children from Class I -IV. The school focuses on empowering children through holistic education, skill-building, and creating opportunities for their overall development.
Role Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the operations, curriculum, staff, and community engagement for Mukti Kishalaya Support School. The role requires a blend of administrative, academic, and project management skills to ensure the school achieves its objectives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic Management
— Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and periodic review to ensure quality education delivery.
— Monitor teaching methods and outcomes to maintain academic excellence.
— Foster an inclusive learning environment tailored to the needs of underprivileged children.
2. Staff Management
— Recruit, train, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff.
— Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide feedback for professional growth.
— Facilitate ongoing training and workshops for skill enhancement.
3. Project Management
— Develop and execute annual project plans aligned with Mukti’s mission.
— Monitor the progress of school programs and ensure timely reporting.
— Manage budgets and financial plans for the school.
— Build partnerships with donors, corporates, and other stakeholders for funding and resources.
4. Community Engagement
— Act as a bridge between the school, parents, and local communities.
— Organize parent-teacher meetings, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
— Collaborate with local government and NGOs for additional support and resources.
5. Operational Management
— Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the school.
— Maintain records of attendance, performance, and infrastructure upkeep.
— Oversee health and safety protocols within the school premises.
6. Reporting and Documentation
— Prepare periodic project and academic progress reports.
— Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
— Document success stories and challenges to share with donors and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Qualifications:
— Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or related fields.
— Montessori trained
— Knowledge of modern pedagogy
— Additional certification in Project Management is a plus.
Experience:
— Minimum 5-7 years of experience in school management, education projects, or NGO leadership roles.
Skills:
— Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
— Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
— Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and execution.
— Fluency in English and Bengali.
— Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a multicultural environment.
— Passion for education and community development.
Salary : 30,000/- -40,000/- per month depending upon experience, qualification and last drawn
