Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated fresher who is eager to build a career in Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation, Data Interpretation, and CSR Project Conceptualization & Implementation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in research, report writing, and project execution while working in a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in coordination in projects to ensure effective implementation.

Assist and coordinate in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to generate insights for decision-making.

Support the conceptualization and execution of CSR projects.

Prepare research reports, case studies, and presentations based on project findings.

Collaborate with teams to develop strategic recommendations for project improvement.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate or Master’s degree in Economics, Sociology, Planning, or a related field.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Interest in research, report writing, and project implementation.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a learning mindset.
