Job Description

Qualification & Experience: - Graduation in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics and Commerce. Trained in basic computer software applications. Minimum 2 years of work experience which includes: -Experience in data management, monitoring and evaluations tools, data quality checks, analysis and interpretation of data on programme performance. - Maintaining financial records/accounts. - Knowledge and experience in the health and social development sector will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analysis field areas for providing on-site support to ORWs / PEs on format filling. Ensures that all the formats are filled in timely and correctly. Doing cross check with the data and HRGs met by interacting with the HRGs on services received. 2.Update program database in the excel sheet from the daily dairy format (ORW / PE) Give summary of performance on weekly basis to Project manager for discussion with team at the weekly/monthly meeting. This also include - days spent for preparation of compiled reports in the MITR/SOCH/SIMS format and share during monthly review meetings and sending the same by 3rd of every month is soft copy and 5th of every month in hard copy to SACS & TSU (DAPCU wherever applicable) On weekly basis compile and analyze information from the data entered and share with PD/PM/ORWs to be shared in weekly /monthly meetings. Documentation of events or success/failure stories as per guidance from PD / PM from time to time. Ensuring all 17 Registers are filled up and are updated by respective staff members. 3.Bring clarity among all the staff on formats Documentation and help them doing cross checking of information for authenticate data generation Assist in project administration including logistic arrangements, communications with partners etc. Update accounts on daily basis as per specification from finance section. 4.Preparation of financial reports and share with PD/PM for an update. Ensures to send SOE on time to SACS. Provide any other information required by SACS/TSU. 5.Ensure that all vouchers are having valid supporting bill and approval signatures of PD and PM on the same 6.Maintenance of Stationery stock, assets purchased, verification of consumable / commodity stock and cross checking in registers Salary: Rs.12000 per month + 450 (TA) (as per prescribed guideline) How to Apply: Interested candidates may send their latest CV by email to mass.ti.newdelhi@gmail.com
