India Education Collective (IEC) is a national-level organization that aims at transforming the quality of Education in Government schools.
IEC’s learning initiatives aim at redefining the learning process in Government schools, addressing all important aspects such as teacher development, creating engaging classrooms and redefining assessments to support children’s learning.
The Navigated Learning Programme of IEC is a technology-assisted learning initiative that aims to facilitate competency-based learning in Government schools.
IEC is looking for:
Project Coordinators to coordinate and support the implementation of the Navigated Learning initiative in the States of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Chhattisgarh.
Experienced individuals with an understanding of programme implementation and working with the Governments at the State level are preferred. Familiarity with technology with exposure to Learning Management Systems is necessary for this role. The candidates are required to be located in the respective States.
Main responsibilities:
•Coordinate with the State level Department Officials with respect to all programme implementation aspects
•Ensure effective implementation of learning interventions, which includes working closely with officials from the Department of Education, SCERT, DIETs and other relevant organisations.
•Interface with technology partners for the effective implementation of the programme
•Engage with regular programme evaluations and assess the impact of interventions
•Manage programme related information and documentation
•Manage administrative and financial aspects of the programme
