West Bengal based nationally known NPO Rural Bengal Biospheric Research Foundation (RBRF) is a multi-disciplinary development force who are working towards Biodiversity Conservation and Rural Women Empowerment through habitat development and creation of alternative livelihood, especially for the Tiger Widows and Fisher Women of Indian Sundarbans. However, candidates should know that the organization runs absolutely on self-sufficient mode, not as a temporary grant/project based platform. That is why the organization is always looking for candidates who believe in long-term relationship with a single organization and also take part in fund raising efforts, rather than the non-tangible salaried employees. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1) Age: 21-29 years (Reserved for Women).
2) EQ: Graduate or Master Degree with Social Science Subjects, like Social Work, Rural Development, Gender Studies or Sociology.
3) Fresher or less experienced candidates can apply for this post.
4) Great passion and knowledge for Women Sufferings and Empowerment.
5) Experience on Sundarbans is mandatory or need to take training course.
6) Candidate should be highly energetic, self motivated and field oriented.
7) Candidate should have good communication skill in English, Hindi or Bengali.
8) Excellent approach and presentation efficiency to convince both the Donors and Beneficiaries.

JOB ROLE:
