The EMO will work as per the monthly emergency duty roster
The EMO on duty must visit the ward on holidays and weekly off at least twice a day
Attend two Outreach Camps in a month as per the monthly roster
Ensure the IPD admissions as per the target assigned after the roll-out of Ayushman Bharat
Ensure proper handover and take over during shift changes on assuming duty and on relieving from the duty
Ensure that you respond to the medical problems by referring to their history and carrying out diagnosis, treatment, counselling, and referral when necessary
Ensure that laboratory test is carried out as required based on your provisional diagnosis for confirmation
Ensure confidentiality of the patients
Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports
Explain and motivate the patient regarding the diagnosis and convert it into IPD as required
Keep yourself updated on medical developments, treatment, and medication
Train the junior doctors regarding the treatment, diagnosis and prescription writing
Conduct CMEs for staff nurses and paramedics
Evaluate patients and provide appropriate medical treatment for various illnesses and injuries.
Ensure proper coordination with nurses and other hospital staff, and management
Perform any other task assigned to you as decided by the reporting manager or management
Salary consummate with skills, qualifications, experience and best in the organization standards. Gross CTC budgeted for the position is attractive.
Qualification: MBBS with National Medical Commission/State Medical Council registration. Foreign medical graduates with NMC registration are also eligible.
Experience: Age – Below 65 years. Freshers will be preferred.
