Job Description

Our organization Swargiya Kanhai Shukla Samajik Sewa Sansthan (SKSSSS), Vaishali, Hajipur is a premium organization for working on Child Protection issues in Bihar. SKSSSS is implementing the "Ensure Access to Justice for Children" project in Vaishali District. The organization needs the following staff for the project:-

1. Project Coordinator (01 post):
-Qualification – MSW/ Master in Social Sciences from a recognized University.
-Experience & Skill – 05 Years in the Child Protection Cases interventions and advocacy on District Level/ State Level with knowledge of reporting, presentation, Legal rights of children, Reading/Writing/spoken Languages in English & Hindi- Fluent & good Communication skills.
-Salary: Rs. 50000/- Per Month + other allowances on a factual basis.

2. Law Officer (01 post):
-Qualification – LLB (Hons.) from a recognized University & License for practice in lower court/high court.
-Experience & Skill – Senior Advocate for Criminals Laws for more than 5 years of Law practice in courts, especially the sound knowledge and experience of handling cases as a lawyer for JJ Act, Child Labour Act, POCSO Act, ITPA Act, Child Marriage Act, etc Child Protection related Act of Child Victims, Oriented for more conviction of Child abuse cases in Vaishali District.
-Salary : Rs. 45000/- Per Month + other allowances on a factual basis.

3. Outreach Workers (01 post):
-Qualification – Graduation or above from a recognized University
-Experience & Skill – Experience of Rescue of Child Labour & Human Trafficking Rescue for 5 Years. Experience in Legal processes for Trafficking & child labour cases.
-Salary: Rs. 20000/- Per Month + other allowances on a factual basis.
