Job Description

JOB TITLE: - Project Coordinator

Job Location We are looking for a candidate who is flexible to commute at the following location Gurgaon (Haryana).

Roles and Responsibilities -

Plan, design and provide direct supervision of the implementation of project activities and fundraising initiatives to ensure that deadlines are met, and activities produce quality outputs.
Coordination and Communication.
Keep in regular coordination with the Program Head
Maintain regular coordination and communication with donors,
ensuring and maintaining comprehensive project documentation (including Activity, Monthly and Review Reports).
finalize the reports of key project activities.
Documentation of case studies/ success stories.
Ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulations of the donor organization.
Creation of IEC material as and when needed during the project implementation stages.
Write proposals when needed as per the requirement of the organization.

Someone who is willing to detail oriented and is passionate towards social sector.

Must Have Skills

A graduate/master MSW/development studies/similar courses.
Strong communication skills.
Organizational skills, including an ability to work independently and take initiative.
Excellent computer skills (MS Power Point, MS Word and Excel)
Reporting skills
Good analytical skills
Flexible, highly motivated self-starter

Probation: Three months

Salary Compensation

Monetary compensation up to 25,000 to 30,000 per month (Non-negotiable)
