Job Description

• Conceptualise and execute the creative design for all communication materials with high visual impact.
• Be able to produce original and innovative ideas.
• Develop creatives for social media, branding, blogs, event branding, emailers etc.
• Apply the right balance of layout, typography, colours, iconography, illustrations, images and create artworks.
• Design various proposals, presentations and publications such as briefing papers, white papers, brochures etc.
• Shape the visual aspects of websites and contribute to UI, UX design.
• Take the design brief from the programmes team and meet requirements and meet deadlines.
• Test graphics across various media, amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
• Liaise with external vendors such as printers, web developers as required.

• Proven graphic designing experience of 2-3 years and a strong design portfolio.
• Should be proficient in graphic design software like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop & Corel Draw.
• Knowledge of web development and UI software such as Adobe XD, Figma is an advantage.
• Great command over MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Excel.
• Experience in creating animations and video editing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with graphic design fundamentals and trends.
• Understanding of the web development process.
• Experience in creating publishing materials.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Good communication skills and quick turnaround time.

• A university degree (Bachelor’s or Masters) in Design, Fine Arts, Communications or other related fields.
