Job Description

1. Graduation / Post-graduate degree in Commerce or Financial Management from a recognized University
2. Minimum 10 years’ of working experience in the NGO sector and engaged in financial management, sub-grants management and administration.
3. Proven ability of overseeing financial management and partner management of multi-state complex projects with sub-grants of partners
4. Proven ability in interfacing with donors and grantees, ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual requirements.
5. Experience in conducting supporting monitoring visits and financial data validation in sub-grantee partner organizations.
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi
7. Willingness to travel extensively to all the project implementation states and Sub-recipient partner organizations. An average travel of 15 to 18 days per month will be required
8. Sound computer skills, including use of Internet and MS Office™ software and latest version of Tally accounting package
9. Analytical capabilities to prepare various financial reports and financial data analysis as required by the donor and the organizational management
10 .Ability to work independently and as a team player in a complex, multicultural environment
