Position Name: Sr. Project Executive

DEF is a 20 years old ICT for development and implementing agency working across 24 States in India and over 250 districts pan India, including North East India since 2002. It values information as key to access and empowerment of individuals, groups and communities.

Location: Delhi Head Office

Required Qualification: MSW, Master Degree in Development studies, Commerce/ Arts or a closely related field.

Required Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience of working with communities in Community Mobilization/ Capacity building/ project managing, MIS, training,

Job Description:

• Responsible for operations, project management, project support and quality assurance, to ensure adequate provision of services, flow of information and the project’s compliance with its obligations.

• Maintain project MIS

• Supports briefings and trainings for project management and staff on applicable rules, procedures, good practices and the use of standard formats and systems

• Strengthening relationships with emerging stakeholders, especially third level institutions, organizations willing to work and working with digital intervention in areas of health, education, livelihood, financial inclusion and governance.

• Provides regular updates and reports on progress in areas or responsibility

• Guides, supervises and manages the staff at the field and build their capacities

• Travelling and staying at the project site (remote villages) among the community members will be a key part of the project work.
