Managing documentation and file management of program related documents, consent forms, school onboarding documentation, surveys, permission letters etc.
Revert to and send emails on behalf of MukkaMaar as assigned.
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.
Maintaining all lists/databases including but not limited to, personnel, stakeholders, donors, schools, students, school authorities etc..
Coordinate for and scheduling and fixing meetings, interviews calls, faculty meetings, meeting with stakeholders, training, etc.
Maintaining calendars, calendar invites, managing calendars of any such schedules.
Completing, compiling and maintaining records – personal records, contracts, biodatas, meeting minutes, donation receipts, vouchers etc.
Maintaining records of donation Register, donor IDs, issuance of receipts.
Maintaining all documents, registers and records in – (a) softcopies in google drives systematically, (b) hardcopies in files for ready reference and as per requirement.
Recording and managing all accounts and performing bookkeeping in the relevant formats along with the CA and accountant, (excel, tally and hard copies) and ensuring timely execution of compliance.
Maintain and communicate staff attendance, leave records, leave cards, birthdays etc.
Executing employee onboarding and separation formalities.
Creating and managing all documentation such as receipts, invoices, challans, letters, donation records, non-monetary donation records, expenses and registers for the organization.
Prerequisites -
2-3 years of experience in HR and Admin roles.
Proficiency in using Google sheets, docs, slides, mail, mailing lists, and other softwares needed for HR and admin functions.
Ability to adapt quickly to new softwares for HR, admin and operations management.
People skills.
High degree of ownership and attention to detail.
Ability to make things happen in uncertainty.
Compensation - 2.4 - 3 Lakhs p.a. depending on skills and experience.
