Job Description

Research Academy for Rural Enrichment (RARE) is a Non-government organization Situated at Sonepur. The organization is running Centre Based Activities and Community Based Activities for the Person/Children with Intellectual and developmental disabilities.

To carry on the Occupational Therapy we require 2 Occupational Therapist at RARE.

The Minimum Qualification of the Occupational Therapist must be Bachelor in Occupational Therapy.

Job Description:

• Identification &Assessment of each Children/Persons with above mentioned category and prepare the need based therapeutic rehabilitation plan

• Prepare &Maintain Individual file for each Children/Person with CP/IDD/Autism and Multiple Disabilities

• Impart therapeutic activities to all the assessed children as per need.

• Conduct Home visit, outreach, awareness, identification and counseling services

• Prepare growth monitoring record of each children

• Update all the file and records of the organization

• Comply overall management of the Centre

• Organize Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly meeting with programme staff

• Comply report as required by Head Office, Collectorate and SSEPD Govt. of Odisha

• Attend all the training meeting of the organization and comply report accordingly

Salary: Negotiable (Based on the Experience and Expertise).
