Responsibilities :
•Be directly responsible for the Menstrual Hygiene Management/Promotion activities in campaigns. To conduct capacity building training for field level staffs& Community Volunteers.
•Manage and conduct home visiting to assess, inform and motivate families to improve menstrual hygiene management practices.
•Engage the community at each step of the decision making process and ensure their access to the feedback mechanism.
•Conduct participatory approach in good menstrual hygiene management practices in targeted areas. Mobilize, organize and supervise, through facilitators or other means, members of the communities to promote the menstrual hygiene management practices.
•Facilitate the conduction of participatory hygiene promotion sessions within communities, with focus on menstrual hygiene management.
•Maintain full qualitative and quantitative records and reports of MHM-related activities, dis-aggregated by age and diversity where appropriate.
•To assist organize of different types of meeting, training at field level.
•Perform other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.
•Maintains and updates project files including all relevant documents like reports, project updates, beneficiary lists, maps, photographs etc.
Skills/ Competencies:
Strong communication skills and analytical thinking.
Ability to work with rural community and local government authorities.
Desirable : Experienced professional in WASH activities
Experience: 2 – 3 years preferably in development sector
Qualifications: Bachelors / Post graduate in any discipline or equivalent
