Centre For World Solidarity (CWS) is a non-profit organization working towards the development of rural poor communities under various thematic areas, our operations are spread across 6 states of India, we are now looking to recruit following personnel for one of our project locations based at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand

Job Title: Communication Officer - Bhoomi Ka

Job Overview:

As the Communication Officer for the Bhoomi Ka Project, your main focus will be to promote the concept of Clean, Green, and Fair organic food and engage with engage consumers to create more awareness. You'll use Bhoomi Ka website, social media platforms and write blog articles to share Bhoomi Ka's mission and benefits. Collaboration with different teams, stakeholders, and media will be essential for successful campaigns.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

a. Implement the social media strategy for Bhoomi Ka, showcasing its Clean, Green, and Fair food vision.

b. Design eye-catching posts, graphics, and videos using Canva to connect with and educate consumers.

2. Blog Article Creation:

a. Edit informative and persuasive blog articles about organic food and Bhoomi Ka's mission.

b. Share valuable insights on sustainability and organic farming.

3. Campaign Development and Execution:

a. Work with the project coordinator to plan and run effective communication campaigns.

b. Measure the impact of social media and blog efforts.

4. Network Engagement and Relationship Management:

a. Build strong relationships with media, local organizations, influencers, and stakeholders to amplify Bhoomi Ka's message.

b. Participate in workshops and events to expand the network.

5. Integrated Marketing Campaigns:

a. Develop creative marketing campaigns targeting consumers who support sustainable food systems.

b. Ensure campaign materials align with Bhoomi Ka's values.

6. Monitoring and Reporting:

a. Analyze social media metrics to improve campaigns.

b. Provide regular reports on social media and blog performance.

 

Requirements:

1. Education and Experience:

a. Experience in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.

b. Experience (2+ years) in social media management and blog writing.

2. Social Media Skills:

a. Familiarity with various social media platforms and scheduling tools.

b. Ability to create engaging content, including graphics and videos using Canva.

3. Writing Skills:

a. Strong writing and editing skills for blog articles and social media posts.

b. Knowledge of SEO principles for blog optimization.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

a. Good communication skills for working with different teams and stakeholders.

5. Creativity and Innovation:

a. Creative mindset to develop impactful communication campaigns.

6. Data-Driven Approach:

a. Analytical skills to measure social media and blog performance.

7. Passion for Organic Food and Sustainability:

a. Genuine passion for organic food and sustainability to promote Bhoomi Ka's mission.

8. Flexibility and Travel:

a. Willingness to travel as required for the Bhoomi Ka Project.
