Job Description

1. Business Development and improve sales of products manufactured at Neem Sattva unit.

2. Achieve monthly and annual target as per business plan to achieve profitability.

3. Ensure to follow SOP in production of all products and follow FDA guidelines. 4. Daily reporting and update on sales data, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports, Formation and nurturing of SHGs in selected village of project,

5. Improving Livelihood opportunities among SHG members through sales of of Neem Sattva product.

6. Mobilization and regular meeting of SHGs and follow punch sutra.

7. Conducting village session regarding Neem Sattva project.

8. Improve sales of Neem Sattva production unit.

9. Engagement of 12 SHG members at Neem Sattva production unit every month.
