Report to : Secretary,GSO

Educational qualification: Any graduate) or any relevant discipline. Essential Computer knowledge and have own bike

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in project implementation, management and networking. (Prefer work experience in Agricultural field )

Travel: Visit to project districts, blocks and Village as per action plan.

Essential requirements: Good project management and implementation skills, strong networking and communication skills, efficient in working independently and with a team. Willingness and ability to travel. Problem-solving and strong analytical skills

Roles and responsibilities:

• Facilitate selected CBOs at Block Level and support CBOs in preparation of yearly plans, relevant reports estimates ,book keeping,technical support,capacity building etc.

• Monitor regularly work of CBOs as per deliverable outputs of CBOs

• Programme coordinator will be responsible for submission of all the reports and documents as per requirement of CDAO/DPMU

• Programme coordinator will be responsible for formation and strengthening of Farmer Producer Organization at village level

• Programme coordinator will be performing any other work assigned by the higher authority as per requirement.

• To assist in overseeing project implementation and coordination of the program.

• Ensure projects are implemented as per the action plan and timely completion of deliverables.

• Develop training modules and facilitate training workshops and programs for Farmers ,CBOs and other stakeholder in the programme
