The current position is for a Recruitment, Learning & Development Associate who would be solely responsible for planning, executing and organizing for recruitments of new staff, learning and training needs for the development of partnering grantees, government field staff, internal employees and other health theme related human resources.

Sr. No Brief Job Description:
? Person will be responsible for managing the overall HR related issues in terms of recruitment and personnel development program in Public Health domain.
? Person will be required to create the protocols, processes and schedules for the related HR activities/ programs.
? Person will be required to constantly engage with Program Managers and stakeholders to develop better understanding of their requirements.
? Person will be required to ensure implementation of the HR related, predominantly capacity building, activities/programs for the internal staff (on their development) and for external stakeholders (for imparting content related to objectives of the programs).
? Person will be responsible for collaborating & coordinating with internal & external teams for the implementation of the programs for the staff and stakeholders.
? Person will be responsible for preparing the budget and expenditures relating to the scheduled activities.
