About the Project:

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Assistant Coordinator will be responsible for managing the partner NGOs for the project and will overlook 25 partner centres and report to the State Nodal Coordinator. The job is located in Ahmedabad, but extensive travel across Gujarat is required. The major responsibilities are as follows:

* Coordinate and Management of various training of trainers and other activities as required
* Manage all the financials related to the project and submitting it to accounts department and State Coordinator
* keep record and file for this budget and partners narrative report
* Procurement and delivery of training materials to partners
* Coordinate with partners for placement , data analysis and push for increasing it
* Coordinate with Placement coordinator for placement of trainees
* Ensuring proper implement of salon-project for nodal partners
* Overall partners management
* Co-coordinating with all partners agencies for update and reporting
* Visiting centers for monitoring of the project
* Ensuring target achievement
* Oversee implementation and manage day to day activities of the project
* Develop analysis report for salon-I of different partners
* Regular reporting of progress to State Coordinator
* Track the progress and quality of partners
* Ensure that State Coordinator is updated on project progress and challenges
* Report of case studies from the master trainer
* Assist in recruitment of facilitators
* Develop a schedule for project completion
* Coordinate with MIS team and ensure the online data updation of partners


* Graduation in any stream
* Computer and MS Office skills
* Have own vehicle
* Prior experience for coordination and management is preferable
* English is preferable

Salary: Depending upon the experience of the candidate
