Our focus areas of intervention are Education, Women Empowerment including Vocational Skills Development and Combating Trafficking of women & children for commercial sexual exploitation and Heath Education.

Our initiatives in Delhi started in 2004 with an integrated community development approach in the urban villages of Delhi NCR.

Current we are inviting applications for Job Title: Resource Mobilisation Officer

Location- Delhi

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in developing, managing and implementing the resource mobilisation strategy for the organisation
  2. Proactively research and identify Corporates, Trusts, Foundations, Public Sector Enterprises & government departments for prospective funding and build a database of donors both individual and institutional
  3. Organise Events and Exhibitions for fund raising and building visibility of the organisation
  4. Manage Child Sponsorship program including database and report writing
  5. Assist in Preparing proposals and submit them to the identified donors
  6. Seeking feedback/support from the Programs team, especially with regards to funding for projects, campaigns, and advocacy work.
  7. Visualize and develop communication material specific to the Resource Mobilisation team- website, newsletter, brochure etc

Experience & Skills

  1. Masters degree in management or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years experience in fund raising with demonstrated track record
  2. Strong understanding of different resource mobilisation channels
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  4. Highly performance oriented, innovative and persistent
  5. Sound working knowledge of computer applications
