Required experience: Skills and qualification
-Candidate should be willing to work in social sector for rural areas.
-Candidate should be Graduate/post graduate in any subject (preferably Social work).
-Candidate should have through knowledge of SHGs functioning such as savings, bank linkages, loan and interest calculation of interests etc.
-Candidate should have the basic knowledge of computer, account opening and report writing.
-Candidate should have her/his own mode of transport (bike).
-Managing all the SHG related activities of the NGO.
-Effectively communicating with the members in professional manner.
-Organizing meeting and conducting survey in the community and analyze the same.
-Carrying out the administrative tasks such as data input, completing paperwork, filing and documentation.
-Resolving any SHG related issues with members.
-Opening the bank account of the SHG.
-Submitting weekly report in the NGO.
-Mobilizing the community as per the need of the project.
