Established as a not-for-profit organization in January 2006, ETASHA Society provides market-oriented employability and vocational skills to disadvantaged Indian youth. ETASHA’s core activities are career guidance, employability skills, vocational training & placement, and Training of Employability Skills Trainers.

Currently there are multiple vacancies in each of the areas mentioned below, as we are growing at a very rapid pace.
Facilitate spoken English classes (training in methodology will be given)
Facilitate inter and intrapersonal skills classes
Mentor trainees through their learning process
Create interesting and relevant lesson plans according to the prescribed framework
Report on the progress of classes and of your trainees
Empathy and a desire to help and work with young people from marginalized communities
Desire and ability to connect with young people
Passion for training and facilitation
Ability to work with participative methodologies
Excellent English language communication skills – written and spoken
Self-motivation with a passion for continuous improvement
Understanding of skills required for an entry level job in the service sector
A background in training is not essential, but enthusiasm, commitment and a real desire to improve the prospects of others is.
We pay between Rs. 16,000 - Rs. 25,000 per month, depending upon skills and experience. We work from 9 am to 6 pm from Monday through Saturday.
The roles are primarily location-based, but all trainers are required to travel to South Delhi for training and to multiple centers in the same city.
