SAMAJ KALYAN EVAM BALVIKAS PARISHAD (SKBVP) is a development organization (Non Profit). Mr. N.P. Srivastav who is the founder of SKBVP is Ex- team member of Late Mr. Krishna Dev Deewan (Founder of CAPART). So, by inspiration and consultation of Late Mr. Krishna Dev Deewan this organization was established in 1989 for providing every vital service (like education, health, sustainable agriculture) to small and marginalized family as well as farmers specially. But due to the increasing of environmental crisis and natural disasters related problems and losses organization was oriented to work towards this crisis. Over the years, SKBVP has evolved to be a comprehensive NGO which works in the field of agriculture, food security, livelihood, health, education, disaster mitigation, water & Environment. Since its origin, SKBVP has been engaged with various developmental programmes. The programmes are addressing issues of children, women, youth & unprivileged group. These programmes are based on community, gender participation & ethical ecological values. Over the years, SKBVP has developed its own working style & culture. SKBVP has started as an organization which works for awareness among citizen. With learning in the years, SKBVP has molded itself in organization working with right & advocacy based approach. SKBVP has conducted several capacity building & programme.
SKBVP treats all employees equally irrespective of their caste, creed, sex or religion. All employee work harmonically. SKBVP has some inherent values borrowed from its founder member: Honesty, Trust and Team Work.
