SRJindagi is one of India?s independent and youth volunteer non-profit organisation that was established in 2014 with the origin Name of "NavPrabhat Foundations".
after serving for several years as an unregistered organizations, it was diversified with SRJindagi Foundations. SRJindagi was established and registered on September 15, 2016 by a small group of friends with a strong passion to change society today and build a better India for tomorrow. The organization provides youngsters a platform to serve the society and bridges the gap between the educated and the uneducated.
About a decade earlier, a few souls have gathered together for a good reason ? to dedicate their time, resources and skills in reaching out to those women, children and the families in need, irrespective of their caste, creed and status. Little did that group of dedicated persons knew that today they would be successfully running an established NGO, ?SRJindagi Foundations? spread across more than 4 states, having an army of volunteers, touching the lives of thousands of needy women, children & families, based around the belief ? to help make this world a better place for the under privileged.
It was set up in order to tackle the problems of poverty in Mumbai, especially among young children. SRJindagi Foundations is committed to the welfare of people from the most underprivileged peoples of society without distinction of caste, creed or color. Its emphasis is on assisting the children and youth who are the citizens of tomorrow and the disabled who need a support to help them join mainstream society.
SRJindagi Foundations has been helping children from urban slums and other vulnerable communities to move on in life with the means of providing education and healthcare facilities. SRJindagi Foundations believes in providing all the resources to the needy children to support & direct their childhood in a leading way; by educating & empowering them to help write their own destiny.
