Project Spreading Wings

Project ‘Spreading Wings’, supported by BT Group was launched in Haryana in 2019-20 with the purpose of ‘Enabling adolescent girls to become economically, socially and emotionally self-reliant’. For the 2nd phase till 2026-27, the Focus is on Gurugram and Palwal districts.

We are seeking a highly motivated and excellent communicator equally proficient in teaching Digital Marketing and Marketing Digitally. The Communications Officer cum Digital Marketing Facilitator will create high quality content that engages stakeholders and builds brand recognition which results in retention of donors and supports organizations fundraising strategy, and trains youth in digital marketing for jobs as digital marketing executives in the organised sector.

The key roles are:

1. Content Development

a. Create Social media posts for the Project Spreading Wings and GEP

b. Create compelling content for funder reports

c. Plan and create quality Audio/Visual/written content for external and internal stakeholders

i. Digital - website, social media, mailers, PPTs, blogs, newsletters etc of Project Spreading Wings

ii. Press releases of events organised under Project Spreading Wings

iii. Collaterals for centres and different activities in the community

iv. Audio-visual Impact stories

v. And any other innovative related material as per content and fundraising strategy

vi. Maintain content Library - Ensure a safe repository of all knowledge products like success stories, pictures etc is maintained, managed and retrievable at any time.

2. Facilitation in Digital Marketing -

i. Facilitating learning of Digital Marketing Skills and ensuring successful placement of trainees after training.

ii. Understanding the targeted communities and trainees’ backgrounds through regular interaction with community members and trainees’ family members

iii. Interacting with recruiters to get feedback and understand their requirements, as well as to keep abreast of the changes in the job market

iv. Modifying and creating interesting and relevant lesson plans according to the prescribed framework

v. Reporting on the progress of classes and of the trainees

The remuneration is between Rs.20,000/- to Rs.25,000/-per month, depending upon skills and experience. PF, ESI and other benefits will be available as per rules.
