About Organisation:

YCDA is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) established in 1993 and registered under Societies Registration Act and Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) in 1993 and 1997 respectively with an objective to bring some sustainable improvement in the socio-economic status of disadvantaged communities. The organization devotes its time, skill, knowledge, and commitment towards the development of oppressed masses in society with a group of experienced and trained social workers. The main thrust of the organization is to implement various community development programs focusing on Livelihood promotion, Skill & Entrepreneurship Development, and Child protection.

Project Location:

The project will be implemented in Puintala block of Balangir district of Odisha.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1.The MIS/Accountant officer will be responsible for the verification of bills/vouchers/claims request related to asset, liability, expenses and income entries by compiling and analysing account information.

2.Responsible for budget planning,monitoring controlling.Preparation of financial reports and statements for donor specified format .Submission report returns to the management ,project lead, Donors

3.Coordinate with internal and external audit, statutory audit & donor audits.

4.Ensure onsite data validation at the field site and coordinate the project staff during implementation of the training programme and other activities. Provide logistic support the project team as per their requirements .

5.Will support local fund raising.

6.Responsible for bank compliance's ,income tax and FCRA compliance's

7.Capturing the data base and data management and compilation as per requirement on day to day basis.

9.Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability and also a team member who can multi task effectively in a dynamic environment.

10.Data management with regular and timely entry in software as well as manage day to day accounting operations and ensure that there is redundant process backup in place for every critical operation.

11.Monitoring emerging technology to determine ways to automate the accounting process without sacrificing accuracy and accountability

12.Assist all the Thematic Experts in planning, implementation process, providing monitoring tool to them for further planning and tracking.

13.Ensure data synchronization and proper flow of information with the Team, Donor & Management.

14. Data management and regular back up with external hard disk, mail, Google sheet etc. to avoid any adverse situation.

Qualification:

YCDA is looking for a highly motivated, strategic, go-getter, and quality-conscious professional who have a Graduation degree preference will be given who have a degree in B.Com/M.com/BCA

.1-2 years of experience and knowledge in field of accounting with tally knowledge of its various functions for report generation MS office application, windows and data based application/software are required.

Remuneration: Remuneration will be 15,000/-
