Job Description/Responsibilities:

As an integral member of our team, you will be tasked with:

• Coordinating the planning, implementation, and supervision of project activities.

• Undertaking data monitoring, management, and analysis.

• Coordinating with partners, funders, government officials, and other stakeholders.

• Working closely with other members of the program, administrative, and finance teams.

• Performing professional service within and outside the Institute as desired.

• Sending monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Project Coordinator and donors for the smooth functioning of the project related to program and financial activities.

• Being obliged to the donor for sending any project-related reports as per the need.

• Assisting in training project staff and field workers on data collection tools and methodologies, ensuring adherence to data standards.

• Adapting to changing project requirements and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skill Requirements:

1. Committed to working for the rural community and strengthening the Health sector.

2. Good interpersonal and networking skills.

3. Exposure to handling data management and analysis.

4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and tools.

5. Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.

6. Willingness to work flexibly, outside normal working hours.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline, preferably BHMS/Ayush, with a preference for a master's degree.

2. Other relevant professional qualifications in line with area of specialization.

Experience-

At least 3-5 years of work experience in the social development field, or experience undertaking health and nutrition-related tasks and responsibilities, such as implementing nutrition-specific interventions and creating capacities within the health and ICDS team.

Salary- INR30,000/- (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
